Josh Jordan
Founder and Chief Strategist
Josh Jordan is the founder and chief strategist of Make Me Social, LLC, a full service social marketing firm based in St. Augustine, FL and Baltimore, MD.
In his position as chief strategist, Josh is responsible for the company’s leadership teams and business units, maintaining the company’s vision, growth plan and providing strategic direction for clients as they continue to further embrace and grow their online marketing initiatives.
In the past three years, the team has worked with brands and personalities such as Jimmie Johnson, Medifast, Easypress Technologies, BlueCross, E! Entertainment, the PGA Tour, McCormick, Global X Funds, T Rowe Price, and provided outsourced social marketing services to numerous other agencies and marketing services firms to support their large brand engagements for everything from theatrical releases to automotive manufacturers.

Mike Riley
Chief Revenue Officer
With a combined 25 years of experience in sales and marketing, Mike got his start as a Senior Sales Executive at RR Donnelley & Sons, where he spent 10 years servicing the publishing industry. In his next role, Mike spent 13 years contributing to the growth and direction of the global print companies that would eventually become Quebecor World, leading the Publishing Services Group sales team and managing the client integration of the $5B merger of World Color and Quad Graphics. He then leveraged his background to join LogicSource, a Bain Capital Ventures start-up, to run sales and marketing. Mike’s focus at Make Me Social is to connect people and brands to the right ideas to help propel them into the future. Mike has extensive experience in new service development and business growth, particularly as it relates to the usage of different media channels to reach target audiences. He has built and managed numerous client relationships, including AT&T Wireless, Costco, ESPN/Disney, Dennis Publishing, Time, Inc., and many others.

Jim Culp
National Accounts Manager
Jim is the National Accounts Manager at Make Me Social, where he manages partner relationships. Jim is an accomplished videographer and producer. Prior to joining Make Me Social Jim worked as a National Account Manager for CSX Railroad.

Stephen Command
Program Director
Steve is a graduate of Jacksonville University, where he received a degree in Communications. Our resident Soccer Coach, Steve works directly with the Make Me Social account team, managing client relationships and overseeing accounts.

Mandi Frishman
Product & Marketing Intelligence Manager
Mandi brings data to life, using it to inspire strategies that drive measurable results. From upfront research and persona analysis to campaign development and conversion tracking, she builds and manages the strategies that take our clients beyond buzz words.
The internal agency education effort is led by Mandi, who presents monthly training sessions to the Make Me Social team on topics that range from content best practices to community management and opportunity identification. Mandi has built and presented social media training sessions to global non-profits, award winning agencies and C-Suite executives at Fortune 1000 companies.
Mandi has worked with companies in the finance, manufacturing, hospitality, education, and retail industries. Prior to joining Make Me Social she worked in marketing for a renewable energy startup.
Mandi is a graduate of the University of Florida.

Tim Howell
Lead Content Producer, Small Business Group
Tim studied creative writing, fine art, and popular culture at Bowling Green State University. At Make Me Social, he develops and manages public-facing content for the Small Business Division.
His diverse background and skillset allows him to connect with audiences ranging from 11-seat Mom & Pop diners to international corporations.

Phil Grech
Community Mangager
Phil Grech is an English and philosophy dual-major who has published one book and has been published in other newspapers and magazines. He has been accepted into Florida State University’s graduate program for English. At Make Me Social, Phil specializes in writing blogs and community management.

Sharon Bell
Community Manager
After receiving her BA in Journalism from Flagler College, Sharon worked for several years writing for an alt-weekly, followed by corporate communications. She draws from a diverse pool of experiences to bring unique, creative perspectives to Make Me Social.
A Jacksonville native, Sharon now lives in Asheville, NC and spends her weekends traveling to play roller derby.
